Pick the option above. You'll choose a time and pay on the booking page. Evening and early-morning slots are available around clinic and procedure days.
Intake
A short form asks what you want out of the call. Advocacy clients can upload records securely; coaching clients share their current program state.
Video
Video, on time, unhurried. Dr. Nina listens first, then works the problem with you and stays inside the boundaries of each track.
After
Within two business days you receive summary notes: for patients, the exact questions to ask your doctors; for physicians, an action list.

Being clear about this protects you and keeps the conversation honest.
What we can do together
- Explain what your CT report, PFTs, or biopsy result mean in plain language.
- Talk through whether a second opinion makes sense, where to look, and how to ask for one.

What an advocacy call is not
- Not a medical visit, diagnosis, treatment plan, or prescription.
- Not a substitute for your own physicians, and not a way to bypass them.
- Not an emergency service. For chest pain, coughing up blood, or trouble breathing, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
- Not covered by insurance and not a billable medical service.
- Patients who want clinical care in the Philadelphia area can request an appointment with Lung Health Services instead.

Dr. Nina Maouelainin, DO, MBA, FCCP
Interventional pulmonologist and founder of Lung Health Services in Horsham, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Nina has built interventional pulmonology programs from the ground up at three health systems, launched the region's first lung cancer screening program with a documented shift toward earlier-stage diagnosis, and spends her days at the point where a nodule becomes a diagnosis.
She started this page for the two groups of people who kept asking for time she couldn't give inside a clinic schedule: patients who felt dismissed, and physicians who wanted to build what she built.
